Each cohort requires a minimum of 3 students to begin.
Classes are capped at 5 students per group for optimal learning.
Students must commit to one cohort schedule upon registration.
If your chosen time slot doesn't meet the minimum, you'll be offered:
Not satisfied with your first session? Get a full refund within 48 hours, no questions asked.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Administration fees are non-refundable except in cases of course cancellation by Hamrawi Tutors.
Regular attendance is crucial for learning progression. Make-up sessions may be available for excused absences with 24-hour advance notice. Students missing more than 2 sessions may be asked to join the next available cohort.
Students must have access to required materials and stable internet connection for online sessions. We provide technical support for software installation and basic troubleshooting.
Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or inappropriate conduct.
Course materials and curriculum are proprietary to Hamrawi Tutors. Students retain ownership of their created projects and code. Recording of sessions is prohibited without explicit permission.
A 10% administration fee is added to cover platform costs, payment processing, and administrative services. This fee helps us maintain high-quality educational delivery and support services.
We protect student privacy and do not share personal information with third parties. Session recordings (when permitted) are used solely for educational purposes and quality assurance. Parents have full access to their child's progress and materials.
Hamrawi Tutors' liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, including internet connectivity problems or hardware failures.
These terms may be updated periodically. Enrolled students will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
